what happened to Jim Skelton on shop nbc.what REALLY happened!!!!!!
I bought a new Invicta Pro-Diver model 0468 with the NH25A automatic mvmt & black mother of pearl dial on the grey silicone bracelet. Where in the heck can I find an Invicta stainless replacement bracelet? I have looked all over the web to no avail.
Just recently took delivery on a grand diver natural w the teak wood face & links in bracelet. Hafta say that’s its the most unique & classy timepiece I’ve ever seen. Fit & balance are spot on, also. Home run, Invicta!
Pro Diver Reserve Valjoux 7750. Just received. Right out of the box, the movement is defective. The chrono does not engage every time with the start pusher. It took several attempts, push reset, push reset before it would engage. Also, the sweeping seconds hand has a hesitation, or a skipping motion when running. It is obvious that there are NO quality controls whatsoever in place. It goes without saying that you would not experience any such problems with a true high-end timepiece. I challenge anyone to walk into a retailer and pick up any make with a similar movement, and find one that is obviously defective, and should not have been offered in the first place. If Invicta truly wants to carve a niche for themselves in this market, and grow beyond the stigma that they have created about themselves, then they should start by addressing their lack of quality control. Otherwise, they should just stick to pumping out the gaudy dime store baubles that they are so well known for. I’ve given them a fair try. I’ve spent a couple grand. Good bye Invicta.
How can invicta knock off Oris, brietling, daniel mink and rolex?
I own all of these brands and just wonder how you can copy these models whats going on? as you can imagin i spent multi thousands and the other day i got some jerk sitting next to me on the plane with a venom the exact copy of my Oris.
I purchased a Vostok Europe Anchar T25 and after wearing for a couple of days one of the screws fell out of the strap and I never got the chance to change straps, I have been trying to get replacement screws but no one can give me an answer as to how.
Looking to acquire an Invicta Model 6868, Men’s Reserve Automatic Diamond Accented 18k Gold Plated Stainless Steel.

whats up with the quality?
Just wanted to clarify on the big scare on shop nbc about eta no longer selling movements outside of the Swatch group….NOT SO…eta will no longer supply ebauches “blanks” but will still provide complete movements.
Hello Mr. Micheal Davis,
I would love instructions on how to change the band on my Invicta Bolt Zeus 0827, as I also purchased the stainless steel band from the 0821 which is the same watch. Please help as I should not have to take this to a jewerler. I have spent enough already and have appx. 30 or so Invicta watches and love them all. I have spent the last two weeks looking all over for this information. I have called Invicta in Florida. The information recieved will have me break this watch and that I won’t do. It took 60 days to get this stainless band, Please help…I miss the National Championship game because they were suppose to demonstrate this last night while they were selling the Zeus watches, but that did not happen. HELPPPPPPPPPPPP PLEASE…..
Ask for Dee at 630-729-4178, and airing these instruction for others would be a blessing I’m sure. Waiting to hear from you, and thank again Bertram.
Hello again Mr. Micheal Davis,
I have the Invicta tool kit as well. I have changed many bands on the others, but this band on the Zeus is something else. A hands on demo would be perfect for Invicta customers, and welcomed as well.
The other thing I am concerned with is they told me when I ordered the stainless band that it would come with the necessary screws to mount the band, but it didn’t come with any, so I called Invicta and now have to wait another possible 90 days for these screws. I hate to bring it like this, but I have spent good money on Invicta products through ShopNBC, and definitely expect more from this company. If it’s only going to be about Invicta, and not customer service, then they might as well get out this business, because having a watch you can’t get the proper support for in like having a vault of fools gold if you know what I mean. Thanks again and hopefully these issues will be addressed in a urgent manner. I want to continue to purchase this brand, but only if the quality of service improves, period. I know you understand these concerns of mine and others. Word of mouth is a killer in any business as you know…
If things get played forward on a negative level then Invicta might have to sale the swiss watches to the swiss only…
Hello again Mr. Micheal Davis,
I called ShopNBC about seven times to speak with the host on air, and wanted to know waht I had to say. I explained what I wrote hear, and was put on hold ever time until time ran out. Customer service closed, and the the on air option closed as well. I don’t unstand that at all. They previewed the Zeus watches over a two hour period, and did not let me get the answers or demo needed to accomplish the task at hand. Invicta told me to go to a jeweler. Why should I have to do that?
can anyone tell me if (next day watches) is a safe site?
I purchased a Renato watch from ShopNBC in September 2012. The cost was $847.68. It was a TTV. I have several hundred timepieces so I probably wore the watch a total of 2 times since the purchase. I noticed that the screw down crown was not working properly. I sent the watch to Renato for repair. The cost to ship was $17.60. The timepiece was delivered to Renato in Long Island City, NY on 3.6.12. When I called today to check on the status of the watch and the cost, if any, for repairs, I was told that it was not yet entered into the computer and that it was “in the building.” 8 days after receipt of the timepiece and it’s still not in the computer? Obviously the package is still sitting somewhere “in the building” unopened. This makes no sense. I know it could take up to 3 weeks for the repair and return but 8 days after receiving the watch and no one has even opened the carton and looked at the timepiece? what’s going on there? Either there are many watches to be repaired, which is not a good sign, or the employees are sitting around doing nothing. But 8 days and no one can tell me anything?
Renato customer service has always been pretty bad. The company manufactures beautiful watches now maybe it’s time customer service is revamped.
Oh and be aware. The Renato 5-year warranty is VERY limited. In addition to the $17.60 it cost me to ship the watch, it’s going to cost $14.95 for the return PLUS the charge(s) for repairs. I was told the costs could add up to at least $180. Keep in mind that I purchased the watch on 9.22.12 at a cost of $847.68. Great warranty. Lol.
Anyway, keep all of this in mind when ordering a Renato watch from either ShopNBC or somewhere else. Although I love the timepieces, I most likely won’t be ordering anything more from Renato.
Good Luck!
